As per Section 4 under of We Say Sold Inc. complete Terms of Use you agree, understand and acknowledge the following statements, along with agreeing to, acknowledging and understanding our complete Terms of Use. If you do not agree to Section 4, or our full and complete Terms of Use please do not submit your listing.

  • The user understands and acknowledges to the best of their knowledge, the information entered herein is accurate and reliable as of the date submitted; You understand that We Say Sold Inc. does not assume any liability whatsoever for the accuracy and completeness of the information you have supplied, and is is the customers responsibility to supply the correct information not only to We Say Sold Inc. but to any buyers broker, or buyer of your property.
  • The user understands and acknowledges that they are aware, have read and fully understand the Fair and Equal Housing Laws, and will not discriminate against anyone on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin, or intention to make such preference, limitation or discrimination, including the LGBTQ community.
  • The user understands and acknowledges that I they will have 48 hours to make changes at no charge after limited service listing activated, and that any changes made after the 48-hour grace period will be subject to a $30-dollar change order fee, payable in advance, and made online by creating a customer support ticket.
  • The user understands and acknowledges that We Say Sold Inc. must follow all State, MLS rules, laws and regulations. If the customer fails to follow the law, rules or regulations the limited service listing will being removed from the MLS with no refund whatsoever.
  • The user understands and acknowledges that there is NO BROKER RELATIONSHIP created with this, or any other limited service listing transaction.
  • The user understands and acknowledges that all sellers must sign the limited services listing agreement for for your property to be listed on the MLS.
  • The user understand that We Say Sold Inc. reserves the right to refund any amounts paid if we do not, or are unable to help you for any reason whatsoever.
  • The user understand and acknowledges that you must inform We Say Sold Inc. when you have a signed offer and provide the buyers agent name so we can update the MLS.
